Patient invoices, in every language they read.
Itemized patient bills, lab results, and appointment summaries rendered in the script your patient actually speaks — Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, CJK — without uploading a single font.
11 scripts, 7 currencies, zero configuration.
Most PDF tools render Hindi, Arabic, or Thai as boxes — until you upload fonts and write CSS. LightningPDF doesn't. Print a patient invoice in Devanagari or an RTL Hebrew bill the moment you sign up.
Every patient-facing document, branded
Itemized, multilingual, and ready to print or email.
Itemized patient invoices
Consultation fees, procedures, medication, and tax in the patient's language and currency. Print at checkout or email overnight.
Lab result PDFs
Structured results with reference ranges and flags. Native engine renders in under 100ms — no patient waits at the desk for a printout.
Insurance claim forms
Pre-filled claim PDFs from your billing records. Sequential numbering, line-item codes, and provider signatures — formatted to your insurer's template.
Appointment summaries
After-visit summaries with diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions — in the patient's reading script.
What we do — and don't do — with your data
- HTML input: never persisted.
- The HTML body you POST is rendered to PDF in memory and discarded. It never reaches our database, our object storage, or our logs.
- Request bodies: never logged.
- Our access logs record only the request ID, method, URI, status, and latency — never the payload.
- Generated PDFs: storage is opt-in (or auto-expiring).
- Use the /api/v1/pdf/download endpoint with storage.enabled set to false for zero-retention generation. If you do store, PDFs auto-expire by tier (Free: 1 hour, Paid: 7 days, Premium: 30 days) via a background cleanup worker.
- Metadata we keep.
- For your dashboard we store: generation timestamp, file size, engine used, and storage key (if storage is enabled). No patient names, no diagnoses, no body content.
Honest scope: we are not currently BAA-certified for HIPAA. If your jurisdiction requires a signed agreement (US HIPAA, UK NHS DSP-Toolkit), contact us — a self-hosted option is on the roadmap for clinics needing on-premises deployment.
