Every regulated e-invoice format ships two legs: the human-readable PDF your customer reads, and the structured XML the tax authority validates against. LightningPDF emits both. The Peppol BIS 3.0 leg carries the right CustomizationID and ProfileID for Belgian B2B; the ZUGFeRD leg embeds CII syntax XML into a PDF/A-3 attachment; ZATCA Phase 2 includes the cryptographic stamp and QR.
The line-item model is shared across formats so the same invoice data maps to whichever schema your buyer's region requires.
